Key Responsibilities- Play an essential role in the conceptualization and design of experiments.- Design chemical structures and synthesize polymeric materials to achieve stimuli-responsive and dynamically tunable functionalities.- Characterize the chemical and physical properties of the functional materials.- Collaborate with PhD students and visiting scholars working on the project, providing guidance on material synthesis and experimental assistance in materials development and characterization.- Write papers and publish research results in internationally reputable journals.- Help to mentor/train junior students through the FYP/URECA programmes.

Requirements- PhD degree in Chemistry or Materials Science and Engineering- Rich experience in polymer chemistry and synthesis, mechanical chatacterization and testing- Good communication and writing skills;- Good interpersonal skills;- Strong responsibility for research work;- Good publication record.
