**JOB SUMMARY**
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our dynamic team working on multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs), emerging infectious diseases, transmission dynamics, and other hospital infection prevention and control (IPC).You will play a key role in supporting new and ongoing projects including participant recruitment, sample and data collection, documentation as well as support other general administrative tasks related to team operations.**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Research- Screen and recruit participants for research studies including scheduling and coordinating study visits
- Maintain screening logs, sample collection logs, study investigator files and other essential documents pertaining to all research studies and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirement
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot any equipment used in research activities
- Assist Research Fellow and Principal investigator in preparing study protocols, ethics submissions, manuscripts and any related research documentation
Administrative support- Support day to day project coordination, meetings and team operations
- Assist in record-keeping, filing and management of study documentation

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences, life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering or a related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates with interest in research are welcome to apply
