**The Role**

The MS Workspace Collaboration Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing collaborative workspace solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related tools. This is a technical leadership role, spanning from customer engagement to project delivery. The primary focus will be the successful delivery of the collaborative solution which includes aligning customer expectations to steering the implementation team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Architecture**:Engage customer in leading the design and architecture of Microsoft-based collaboration solutions, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other productivity tools.
- **Strategy & Roadmap**:Develop and communicate long-term strategy and roadmap for collaboration technologies, ensuring alignment with customer’s digital transformation goals.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Work closely with customer’s business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand collaboration needs and deliver effective, user-friendly solutions.
- **Governance & Security**:Assist customer to define and enforce collaboration governance policies, including security, compliance, data retention, and access controls within Microsoft collaboration tools.
- **Training & Enablement**:Provide leadership and training to customer’s end-users and IT teams, ensuring successful adoption and efficient use of collaboration tools.
- **Innovation**:Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft collaboration technologies and trends, proactively recommending new tools or best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

**Who You Are**

**Requirements & Skillset**
- System Integrator or Vendor background, around 12 - 15 years of experience
- Experience in enterprise M365/Azure architecture, service management, and/or resiliency with direct exposure to global, multi-geo tenants, regulated environments, and complex coexistence (mail, identity, voice).
- Experience leading M365 workshops, tenant assessments, and migration/adoption engagements (e.g., Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams waves, governance design, Teams voice/Direct Routing or Operator Connect), translating business needs into scalable, secure M365 E5 architectures.
- Hands-on experience in large scale enterprise level migration or implementation of M365 or related workspace collaboration solutions
- Ability to lead/facilitate discovery, design workshops, and migration planning sessions (information architecture, Teams voice, security/compliance, endpoint); excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong domain knowledge in Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams & One Drive
- In-depth working knowledge with Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and related security frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Familiarity with local & ASEAN business culture
- Problem-solving and critical thinking

**Certifications Preferred**
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, and/or M365 related certifications
- Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and/or Azure related certifications
- ITILPMP
