**What the role is**
- You will develop and execute strategies that enable the seamless running of SID’s building infrastructure operations. You will be part of the team providing core services such as planning office spaces, and the development of new office sites.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage, plan, and execute infrastructure projects, renovation works, upgrading and maintenance of building facilities - Manage, plan, execute, and provide service support in various logistics functions - Work with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance and efficiency If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: - Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team - Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind - Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas - Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders - Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: - Experience in planning requirements, managing project schedules, and identifying risks - Skills to determine organisational requirements and plan for future business needs - Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure project completion

**What we are looking for**
- Roles for fresh graduates and mid-careers available - Tertiary qualification in relevant fields or appropriate professional qualification required (e.g. degree in mechanical engineering or civil engineering, Project Management Professional certification) - Familiarity with or willingness to learn the statutes regulating building standards and construction, as well as managing large building infrastructure projects - Experience or interest in developing and maintaining budgets - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
