We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on **AI Video Specialist**to pioneer the next wave of creative content for RDIVC. This isn’t a traditional video editing role—you’ll work at the intersection of AI, motion graphics, and storytelling, using next-gen tools to produce visuals that captivate, educate, and inspire.

From campaign videos to motion-infused brand explainers and dynamic social content, you’ll lead the creation of standout visuals using tools like VEO, Pika, Runway, Sora, Kaiber, Midjourney, and more.

You’ll join our global creative team, collaborating with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Branding teams across multiple regions to shape how RDIVC—and our clients—are seen, remembered, and trusted.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conceptualize and produce high-impact video content using AI video tools, motion design, and traditional editing workflows
- Propose experimental video formats, templates, and visual systems for RDIVC campaigns, brand storytelling, and client deliverables
- Master and push the limits of creative AI tools including (but not limited to):
VEO (OpenAI)
Runway Gen-2
Pika Labs
Sora (OpenAI)
Kaiber
Midjourney + AnimateDiff
Topaz Video AI, EbSynth, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs
- Integrate 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and bold transitions to enhance storytelling
- Develop reusable templates and content frameworks for campaigns, brand explainers, and social media assets
- Support high-profile campaigns, launches, and events with standout video content
- Stay updated on AI creative trends, especially within marketing, fintech, and digital branding
- Work with global team members across Asia, MENA, and LATAM
- Maintain a well-organized archive of templates, project files, and AI workflows for cross-team use

**Who You Are**:

- 2-5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or AI-driven digital storytelling
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus: Indonesian, Spanish, Arabic, Thai)
- Experience in marketing, branding, fintech, or creative agency work is a plus
- Confident working with tools such as:
**AI Video**:VEO, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Sora, Midjourney, D-ID
**Adobe Suite**:After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- (Bonus) _Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of storytelling, brand identity, and platform-specific content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels)
- A sharp design eye—you know what looks fresh, cinematic, and engaging
- Solid portfolio or demo reel showcasing creative ideation, AI video work, and motion design
- Self-starter with a passion for creative experimentation and technology
- Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural team
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt fast, and iterate without sacrificing quality

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with synthetic video, AI avatars, or voice generation
- Background in content strategy or brand systems
- Interest in emerging tech, digital culture, and creative marketing innovation
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning visual models
