Crypto.com is seeking an AI Specialist to join our growing AI & Data team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy innovator with experience in machine learning, generative AI, and natural language processing. You will work with large datasets and advanced algorithms to build and deploy AI solutions across diverse applications such as text, image, audio, and video generation. Key Responsibilities: Design and build robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and process large-scale datasets for AI model training and evaluation Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business and operational challenges Implement generative AI solutions across NLP, image, video, and audio domains using advanced techniques and frameworks Conduct research on cutting-edge AI models and techniques, staying current with the latest innovations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful AI solutions Optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models and multimodal AI tools Required Qualifications: Solid experience with machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning Proficiency in deep learning frameworks and generative AI methodologies Strong understanding of NLP and large language models (LLMs)Hands-on experience with Python and scripting languages such as Unix shell or PowerShell Experience using cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Hugging Face models Preferred Skills: Experience in prompt engineering and optimization for LLMs A passion for innovation and keeping pace with emerging AI technologies About Crypto.com: Founded in 2016, Crypto.com is a global leader in cryptocurrency trading, with over 100 million users worldwide.
