**What the role is**
- We are looking for a passionate individual to be part of the Blood Services Group (BSG), Clinical Services Division. The appointee for this position will perform medical screening and ensure suitability of blood donors based on BSG set criteria to ensure donor and blood safety.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-donation medical screening, blood collection activities, counsel donors with abnormal haemoglobin test results and maintain medical databases in order to ensure safe and adequate blood collection to meet the national healthcare need - Ensure efficient and smooth flowing of pre-donation medical interview and counselling processes - Ensure efficient and smooth mobile blood collection activities - Ensure donor well-being during blood collection process - Promote donor retention
