As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** Aon Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. - Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency. - Monitor resource allocation and optimize utilization to ensure effective operations. - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and operational outcomes. - Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Evaluate the financial implications of proposed process improvements or changes in resource allocation. - Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and data analysis. - Support project management initiatives by providing analytical insights and recommendations. - Any other tasks as assigned by your reporting manager. **How this opportunity is different** **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Diploma in any discipline. - Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within the financial services sector. - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite of Tools. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
