- **Security Audit & Training**
- Manage and oversee the physical, IT and cyber security requirements of facilities, staff and equipment which are housing and operating projects and development networks in the Business Area (BA).
- Interface with agencies on security issues and be the lead on all security matters when dealing with agencies/customers.
- Review security policies according to customer requirements, and effectively brief/disseminate these requirements to the relevant staff involved in customer projects and works.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches and incidents and report to Head Operations for further direction, corrective actions, improvements and preventive measures to be instituted.
- Organise/conduct IT security education/lectures/talks to raise staff awareness.
- Conduct security training for all staff performing projects and works to meet relevant customer’s security requirements.
- Conduct periodic security checks/audits relating to documentation, information, physical, personnel and IT security, with focus on classified customers’ projects.
- Ensure that all staff and contractors have valid security clearance prior to involvement in customers’ classified projects.
- **IT & Cybersecurity**
- Ensure that there is proper administration and management of the development and project networks in the BA.
- Ensure that all the IT inventory list of all the development and project networks are up to date and in compliance to Group IT and Cybersecurity requirements.
- Provide the necessary support to IT BPs in the scheduling, planning and conduct of the audits and Vulnerability Assessments of the IT networks in the BA.
- Ensure patching and updating processes are in place and adhered to by all LOBs in the BA.
- Provide SME inputs with the support from GISO specialists to LOBs on all IT security matters in the management of the development and project networks.
- Oversee to ensure the cybersecurity competencies of LOBs PMs, project leads, system administrators are adequate and meet customers’ requirements.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
- Preferably 5 years of professional experience in corporate security governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Demonstrate leadership and management on security related issues and incidents within the organization and collaborating with key stakeholders on implementation of security standards and policies.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.
