**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive daily receipts (cash, credit cards, cheques, etc.) and posting
- Match online sales receipts and posting
- Process refund
- Invoicing
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Monitor customers' credit limit
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of month end reports and statement of accounts
- Assist in the preparation of journals for monthly closing of accounts
- Prepare management & audit analysis schedules
- Other administrative tasks (such as filing)
- Other tasks as & when assigned
**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of Diploma/NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years’ accounting experience in related field
- ONLY Singaporean or Residence need to apply

Other Information:
**Salary**: $2600 - $2800
- 5.5 days work week (Mondays
- Fridays 8.30am - 5.30pm / Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm)
