**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize fiat operations, including credit card processing and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and increase transaction success rates.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for payment related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on payment performance and present findings to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in credit card operations or working with acquirers such as Stripe, Checkout, or similar.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, including authorization, capture, and settlement processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers.
