**SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR**

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Supporting all task set by management including communication with current and prospective require information, and correspondence through the process of moving and shipping.
- Establish, negotiate, set-up account with shipping lines for future freight booking
- To access PSA port-net
- To ensure that the necessary documentation and operation processes for import or export or transhipment (If any) activities are carried out under controlled condition.
- Process documents such as Import/Export permit, Arrival Notice, BL, Sea-way bill, AWB, Delivery Order, Pre-alert, GST-Relief, Letter of credit (LC) with no discrepancy
- Issue bill of lading, seaway bill and invoices.
- Liaise with vendors/ agents on cargo arrangement.
- Work closely with Move coordinator and Sales Team to coordinate shipments
- Oversees the administration of the day-to-day operations of the transportation and shipping process to ensure all compliance in all shipping documentation and procedures are carried out.
- Interpreting customers shipping expectations and requirements into our internal processes to ensure compliance and to interface with multi-levels of inter-company, forwarders and suppliers for the shipments.
- Maintaining the high accuracy of the operation with the team in systems & physical items in warehouse
- Liaising with coordinators, MCST building management, and maintaining of all paperwork regarding the removals job.
- Consolidate and update shipment in warehouse with live report to sales team on weekly basis
- Monitoring the timely deliveries of goods and services based on the shipment agreement. Transportation coordinators track the delivery logistics, assigning fast routes to drivers to avoid possible delays, and adhere to the deadline.

- Strong organization with ability to take initiative and direct confidentially with customer interactions
- Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain strict confidence when working with confidential and proprietary information.
- Ability to work within tight deadline and manage multiple tasks
