Singapore 68 SYSTEMS & PROJECT ENGINEERING PTE LTD Full time

To oversee the overall management and operations of the Company, including acting as project director for projects undertaken by the Company, ensuring good project management practices, ensuring that the Company is compliant with its obligations under contracts, and ensuring that the Company’s employee have satisfactory technical know-how;
- To assist the Company in establishing, maintaining and improving business relationship between them and their customers, suppliers and/or other persons dealing with the Company;
- To support Managing Director and facilitate the transition process for the Company’s employee arising from any changes to the Company’s administrative and operational policies and processes required by the Company, including explaining such changes to the Employees and ensuring that the Employees comply with the new processes and policies.
- To bridge HQ and 68 systems to enhance technology transfer and improve skill level of site staff
- To keep good communication with HQ to in Japanese to respond any aspects

**Requirement**
- At least 10 years of relevant job experience in similar field
- Work experience in APAC region
- High Skills in Optical Fiber installation and T&C, **World Skills Competition winner is the most preferable**
- **Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N1 level or equivalent is required to effectively communicate with**

**internal and external native-speaking clients.**
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects
- Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
- Advance analytical and problem solving skills
- Good customer management and communication skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Outspoken and people oriented
- Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Resilient and persistent
- Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Elctronics/Engineering/IT
