**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to assist.
- Build strong relationships with guests by actively engaging in conversations, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Act as a mentor and role model for the concierge team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate daily tasks and assignments among concierge staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate arrangements for dining, transportation, entertainment, tours, and other guest activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, dining establishments, and cultural activities to provide guests with accurate recommendations and insider insights.
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in/check-out procedures, and arranging transportation services.
- Arrange special amenities, such as room deliveries, floral arrangements, and celebratory surprises, as requested by guests.
- Handle ticket purchases and bookings for local attractions.
- Handle sensitive or confidential guest information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and interactions using the hotel's guest management system.
