**Your team**

Platform Operations Team holds the fort to the Infrastructure and the Platform services to support Avaloq’s internal and external clients on a day-to-day basis. Being part of a dynamic team, the SMEs are involved in the inception, building and operating of the Infrastructure and Platform services, collaborating closely with Applications, Security Operations and Engineering teams.

**Your mission**
- Solid and well-proven competences on Unix, Windows operating systems and in all the techniques needed to interact and monitor Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service platforms.
- Ability to analyze monitoring requests and transform them into rules and automations.
- Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work, good analytical and problem solving expertise, ability to work independently and as a part of a team, flexibility in handling special projects and assignments.
- Hardware Monitoring system knowledge, including Network, Backup and Storage.
- Knowledge of Openshift Container Platform and Monitoring tools
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and patching / compliance tools including Microsoft SCOM and Redhat Satellite
- Knowledge of asset management tools including asset discovery and CMDB
- Knowledge of incident, problem and change ticketing tools, including interfacing with monitoring tools for straight-through ticketing
- Expertise in IBM ITM and Omnibus monitoring systems.

**What you need**
- Profile with at least 3-5 years of work experience in various Tools Management for large environment.
- Shell and scripting knowledge (bash, Perl, Python).
- Proven knowledge and practical experience on Unix, Windows and database systems.
- Ability to produce effective documentation.

- Experience with automation / simplification of monitoring environment
