Job Responsibilities:

- Overall in charge for all architectural matters.
- To lead a team of coordinator, architectural supervisors.
- Work with other disciplines (C&S, MPE) to coordinate the project works.
- Liaise with consultants, client and authorities on all architectural matters.
- Work with BIM team to get the model ready for construction. Cross check BIM model with contract drawings. Take lead in VDC for architectural related matters.
- Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines such as civil & structural and building services drawings.
- Review of shop drawing / materials / MOS/etc.
- Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works.
- Review of subcontract documents and scope of works.
- Upkeep all submission, response for the submission and approval. Monitor the status of the submission and pursue response from the relevant parties once the response is due.
- Ensure the quality of the completed works is within acceptable range.
- Monitor and coordinate of overall architectural site works to meet project schedule and within cost.
- Establish quality control plan for the project.
- Take lead in tiles/walls setting out plan.
- Ensure that the In-process Quality Control are in place.
- Ensure the materials order is suffice with mínimal wastage.
- Monitoring of actual material usage against computed quantities.
- Monitoring of VO and back charges.
- Take lead in sub-con meetings and technical meetings for architectural related matters
- Prepare check list for RI(Archi) and TOP
- Overall in charge for architectural materials selection / presentation, sample board submission, conducting trade demos and shop drawings submission. Follow up for reviews comments from consultants / client.
- Assisting in review of architectural work suppliers and sub-con selections in compliance to specifications.
- Take lead in as-built drawings preparation / or collection, review and submission and collection, review and submission of O&M.
- Handing over of project to owners/ town council/ authorities / MA/ etc.
- Assessment of sub-cons claims / progress claims.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/ Degree in architectural discipline or a related discipline.
- Relevant certificates in architectural discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and mínimal defects.
- Completed at least 2 QM / CONQUAS projects and registered as Coretrade supervisor.
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications, standards and BCA quality requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
