About the role We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of our innovative projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. What you\'ll be doing Oversee the architectural design process from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring all projects align with the company\'s vision and strategic objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction specialists, to coordinate the delivery of complex architectural projects Develop and implement architectural design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and quality across the company\'s portfolio Provide expert advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on architectural design and construction-related matters Manage a team of talented architects, mentoring and developing their skills to drive continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge What we\'re looking for Degree in Architecture or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in a similar Architectural Manager role Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of complex architectural projects, with a strong understanding of the design and construction process Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms Proficient in the use of architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture and construction What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
