Architectural Manager

Define architectural approach and compliance for the design and deployment of projects. Collaborate with Structural and M&E teams to provide technical direction on design, development and deployment - Prepare architectural works schedule based on the project master schedule - Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure proper follow-up on all technical requirements - Oversee the overall planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects - Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on the progress of architectural works on all assigned projects - Oversee the monitoring of site to ensure that all architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards - Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification - Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards - Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators including for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings - Provide advice on all architectural related matters - QA/QC on archi items **Requirements**: - Recognized Degree in Architecture / building - Min. 10 years working experience; preferably in supertall building (>300m) and mixed development (hotel+commercial+residential). - Good knowledge of architecture design specifications & requirements
