We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Biz Process Analyst.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Management end to end as project lead in Insurance Sub Value Stream, and demonstrate the good governance to meet exacting timescales necessary to comply with HSBC project management standard using Agile methodology
- Responsible for material to present in local sub value stream steering committee chaired by Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer on the progress and manage multiple work stream in the projects and drive weekly project working group
- Proactively update senior management team on the risk, issues, milestone and escalation or recommendation path to Green1, ensuring the scope, cost, timeline are effectively managed good control project timeline governance
- Defining the approach and dealing with complex requirements and unique projects, often in multiple initiatives and work stream
- Achieving benefits as per strategic goals which are set out in the business case
- Management of stakeholders both at C suits level, and also working team
- Working with multiple delivery and business partner teams to drive the project outcomes
- Good understanding of Singapore Insurance Business and drive governance through Business Transformation Management Framework, Business Case, User Story, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Status Report and Analytic tools
- Working under Agile Methodology to driving a culture of achievement within Agile Culture
- Priorities the product backlogs with the business lead and technology leads including manage budget and benefits realization
- Able to in depth details work analysis on Business requirement both process and systems changes, and drive toward committed Business & customer outcome includes proposed Win-Win solutions for Customers and workarounds to have impactful to end to end business

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- PMP or MSP Certified / Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Certify/Scrum master, streamline processing and best practice techniques
- Key complex project experience in Insurance especially Product/Digitalisation
- FLMI Certify or equivalent (e.g. LOMA)
- Excellent in using Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence
- Lean Six Sigma Certification and Business reengineering knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Project management skills, Business Analysts Skills and proven professional with experience as project or programme lead in large and complex transformation Banking or Insurance Industry
- Agile trained and proven records of working in Agile environments using JIRA / Confluence for reporting / updating
- Proven record in decision making, analytical, problem solving and people management and experience in managing difficult stakeholders of different work streams
- Proven record in Risks management
- Proven record in excellent presentation skills with strong governance in programme management experience with senior management at “C” suite level
- Proven leader to delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes, a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes
- In depth and well-rounded experience of working in a banking and Insurance environment and change projects
- Excellent and Proven record of Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization
