Role Overview This is a commission-based role offering flexibility, independence, and high earning potential. You will manage the full recruitment process — from understanding client needs to closing successful placements — while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships across multiple sectors Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (databases, portals, referrals, etc.)Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process Provide career guidance and interview preparation for candidates Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and CEI requirements Requirements CEI Certification (Compulsory)Previous experience in recruitment agency.
