An Internal Communication and Employee Engagement intern will be part of a dynamic team of individuals responsible for delivering strategies, programs and activities that deliver effective communications to our colleagues across Asia Pacific and help to reinforce NTT as employer of choice for current and prospective employees.

**Overview**

An Internal Communication and Employee Engagement intern will be part of a dynamic team of individuals responsible for delivering strategies, programs and activities that deliver effective communications to our colleagues across Asia Pacific and help to reinforce NTT as employer of choice for current and prospective employees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help to plan and execute employee engagement events and activities, and roll-out programs at a regional and country level.
- Support with the execution of internal virtual and in-person events.
- Assist with defining and segmenting audiences to ensure more targeted and personalized communications.
- Establish and refine reporting mechanisms that help to refine our internal communications approach and methods.
- Help maintain communication and engagement calendars and templates.
- Share new ideas, perspectives, and approaches to communication.

**Knowledge, skills, and attributes**
- Proficiency in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

**Academic qualifications and certifications**
- Preferably working towards a degree in Business or Arts (e.g., English, Humanities, Social Sciences).

**Experience required**
- Some writing experience is desirable.
