**Head of Growth Marketing**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative 360° integrated marketing plans to drive clients acquisition and trading volume for moomoo
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic,relationship with key partners and internal online ads, official website, to-b partnership team etc. Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns (e.g., new user promotions, exclusive discounts, product GTM) to enhance
- Own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from budgeting and planning to creative development, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and seamless execution of initiativesDevelop marketing and branding strategy based on annual growth targets, and formulate an annual marketing calendar to ensure the achievement of growth targets and the realization of business value
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with financial products and services
- Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, ability to teamwork across departments.
- English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantageResult-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
