**The Company**

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

**The Role**
- Responsible to design, configure, monitor, document processes, and provide operational support for the company’s global network.
- Act as a technical expert to IT Helpdesk Team.
- Provide individual and group instruction on equipment usage, software, and network features.
- Assist to prepare and share crucial project information to support the company’s IT strategy.
- Collaborate with a team to coordinate technology project resources and provide implementation information to all services.
- Work closely with local country/region-based IT functions to implement global initiatives and support, maintain, and enhance the regional IT Infrastructure.
- Oversee hardware, software, and network migration and upgrades.
- Implement appropriate systems management and operational support tools.
- Analyze and recover system failure, maintain consistency and integrity of all networks and systems.
- Manage 3rd party vendors for infrastructure and services delivery.
- Provide level 3 technical support across distributed systems and core infrastructure.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the superior.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CISCO / Palo Alto / Ubiquity.
- Experience in supporting remote offices and able to support IT resource remotely.
- Experience in project management and coordination of suppliers and partners.
- CCNP certification is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of communication and network concepts.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (optional)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to travel may be required from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
