The Quality Engineer (QMS) is responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimization of the quality management system for the new manufacturing facility in Singapore to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Coordination of document control activities, internal audit programs, CAPA management, Management Review and Smartsolve training and support. This person will have a key role in the implementation of the QMS for the new site working with both the local team and the Global Quality and Regulatory function.

This position is part of the Quality Department and will be reporting to our Quality Director and based in Benoi, Singapore - Onsite.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
P rovide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to establish a robust quality system for our business processes through the development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our QMS policies, work instructions and records, in accordance with ISO9001: 2015

Administration and participation in the site internal audit program to drive improvement in our business processes, through audit scheduling, reporting and follow-up actions, CAPA management, trend analysis and feedback to site and Quality leadership and process owners.

Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are integrated in our site QMS activities and provide regulatory compliance documentation for site activities and products.

Reporting, analysis & improvement of Quality Key Performance Indicators as defined for Site QMS through the use of Danaher Business System (DBS) and participation in cross-functional kaizen events

Provide in-region support for QMS-related activities, e.g. management review, Smartsolve helpdesk admin, audit program

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quality Management System, or quality-regulated industry

Comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015 to coordinate and lead activities with multiple functions on site

Ability to perform a variety of duties and efficiently organize activities to meet business priorities, demonstrated a sense of urgency and flexibility to achieve results

Building strong working relationships across diverse functions, backgrounds, and locations. Flexibility to accommodate different time zones as needed to support our global activities

It would be an advantage if you possess previous experience in:
Practitioner/ Certified Lead/Internal auditor for ISO9001:2015

Knowledge of manufacturing or relevant industry

Proficiency in Japanese as the role will require liaising with our counterparts in Japan
