Job Summary:
As the Creative Solution Lead for our job portal, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative solutions to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and execute creative solutions that meet the needs of our users and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative solutions to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on our platform.

Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and execute creative solutions that meet the needs of our users and advertisers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop custom advertising solutions that align with advertisers' goals and objectives.

Manage the creative development process from ideation to execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging creative technologies.

Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in creative development, preferably in a B2B or online environment.

Strong understanding of creative technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proven experience in managing a team of creative professionals.

Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for the job market and helping job seekers and employers find their perfect match.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
