We are now seeking a motivated and results driven talent to join our Singapore Team as Senior Warehouse Assistant.

**Your Focus**

As Senior Warehouse Assistant, you will provide support to maintain all aspects of warehouse operational efficiency. This role involves and ensures smooth running of the warehouse operation, from producing order pick list to final refilling of storage tank or despatch of goods, and active involvement on continuous improvement projects. Be responsible in maintaining the workplace environment in a clean and orderly manner.

This is a Singapore based position and will report to Senior Supervisor, Warehouse
- Carry out warehousing processes in accordance with the company safety and quality requirements.
- Manage process controls related to Inbound/Outbound flows involved verifying incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order/Pick List and Refilling of raw materials storage tanks to Putting away/loading of cargos.
- Facilitate refilling, checking, sampling, picking, labelling steps of the warehouse operating dynamics, in relate to support Raw Material/ Finished Goods/Cargos movements
- Perform relevant system works in SAP.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by doing regular cycle counts.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and good hygiene.
- Maintain teamwork and co-operation with peers and supervisors.
- Support any adhoc work requirement/projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Step up as trainer
- To take lead in Continuous Improvement projects

**Required Experience and skills**
- Minimum Nitec in supply chain /logistics or equivalent, preferably with 5 years’ experience in similar environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt in an odorous environment.
- Able to perform shift work and job/work station rotation within warehouse
- Possess knowledge of computer operations, SAP working knowledge.
- Resourceful and willing to adopt newer storage methods and practices.
- Interpretation of chemical hazards labels.
- Possess forklift license will be an added advantage
