**Senior Warehouse Assistant - Your future position?**
Location: Singapore, Woodlands
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager, Taste & Wellbeing

Purpose of Job:
A member of the warehouse team who is responsible to oversee all receiving and export of FG activities within the Givaudan Woodlands factory for Flavor. He is to ensure all Finished Goods are receipt, export accurately and on time - all goods are packed and shipped correctly and promptly to all customers - responsible for the accurate receiving, storing and shipping of product to meet company standard of safety, security and productivity

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

- Assist team leader to ensure smooth flow of Finished Goods within the plant and ensure that goods are receipt on time for export accurately.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and able to meet the export ‘Goods Issue’ date
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the safety of the warehouse.
- Load and unload cargo in an efficient and safe manner with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store the goods in the appropriate area according to the pre-defined storage location
- Pick orders for shipments correctly and safely according to picking documents.
- Assist warehouse assistant in Finished Goods receiving and export and ensure inventory accuracy and accurately export are on time.
- Charge forklift battery as needed, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing as needed,
- Ensure packaging materials are in good condition at all time - e.g. re-work pallets when necessary for proper condition.
- Ensure compliance to food safety and EHS requirements. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety - Proper housekeeping in both Flavor and Fragrance warehouse.
- Ensure prompt and accurate inventory control for all goods stored in the warehouse - Assist and ensure cycle count is completed promptly
- Participate in GMP refresher Course, Safety training and ISO training.
- Report incident or near misses to Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Key Requirements:

- Min GCE ‘O’ level
- Min 3 years working experience in manufacturing industrial
- Must have a forklift license

**Experience**:

- Min 3 years working experience in Warehousing Operations.
- Self
- motivated and able to identify priority of daily routine works.
- Pleasant and positive attitude.
- Able to communicate with all levels.

Job Specific Competencies
- Familiar with WMS/SAP

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Perfumers' themes and collections.
- Knowledge of fragrance products and key customers.
- Broad knowledge of the market dynamics and olfactory trends.
- Ability to predict market acceptance.
