[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, Real Estate Business in the School of Design & Environment.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, you will prepare and update teaching materials and conduct lectures, tutorials and workshops, including designing, delivering, assessing and reviewing curriculum for youth in the full-time diploma programmes and adult learners for programmes helmed by the CET Academy. You will set and mark assignments, quizzes, common tests, term projects and examinations related to the module(s) assigned and keep records of student attendance and grades. You will also support student learning and development through student consultations and mentoring. You may also be required to spearhead and identify new opportunities, initiatives and collaborations with local and global companies and leverage industry relationships to enhance the school’s offerings.

**[What we are looking for]**

At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in Real Estate or related discipline, with proficiency in real estate law, property management, financial accounting, and principles of management. Knowledge of real estate law would be an advantage. Good IT skill is essential.

Applicants must have strong communication skills and an inherent passion for teaching students in face-to-face and online learning environments.
