This role will lead the cloudification program for the Allianz Technology Asia region.

The responsibility covers the formulation of the Cloud onboarding strategy, the creation of business cases through structured customer engagement, and ensuring benefit realization through successful cloud operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and own the Allianz Technology ASIA-centric cloud strategy.
- Create and enhance the Cloud Technology architecture, in partnership with Allianz Technology's internal and external stakeholders.
- Continue to partner with the external cloud service providers and Allianz internal partners to shape the cloud offerings
- Drive growth for the practice through effective customer engagement. This warrants a structured engagement model, that drives the cloud onboarding business case, migration plans, operational strategies, risk management, and where required, support regulatory engagements.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers internal and external to Allianz Technology. Develop Industry best practices.

**Key requirements / skills / experience**
- Experience in partnership/advisory roles, with most recent experience managing the Cloudification process.
- Experience & knowledge of cloud technologies to drive cloud onboarding strategies, and manage cloud operations, and drive benefits realization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally to C-Suite
- Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex, cross-industry issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Degree in information technology or other comparable technical qualification
- 10+ years of program/project management experience is required. Strong experience in managing project financials, demand management, change management, managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle in a consulting or shared services environment. Experience with bid/proposal preparation, exposure to regulatory needs, and the ability to negotiate contracts is a must.
- Must have worked in a matrix organization, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong exposure to AGILE and DevOps.
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management
