**What you'll bring to the team**:
**ROLE Summary**:
**The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The role involves handling cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, debt collection, and monthly inventory processes. You will support the FBP, Gateway Singapore in statutory reporting, audits, and preparation of financial reports for the UK, while acting as a key liaison between finance and other departments to ensure timely communication and compliance with company policies.\**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Perform cashiering duties including floats, cash lifts, cash outs, till reconciliations and discrepancies follow-up
- Process all types of customer and trade sales payments accurately
- Prepare and post invoices, distribute statements, and chase outstanding payments from debtors
- Handle debtors’ ledger reconciliation and batch authorised invoices into ledgers
- Support FBP, Gateway Singapore in preparation of various financial and management reports
- Liaise with local auditors and support statutory accounting requirements
- Ensure monthly financial audits are conducted and discrepancies are reported
- Support monthly stock take, inventory processing and month-end closing
- Maintain accurate and accessible finance records and files
- Act as liaison between finance and all levels of staff, ensuring timely flow of financial information
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manage

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Experience and Qualifications***:

- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in handling cash and reconciliations
- Prior exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general finance operations
- Experience working with auditors and statutory reporting preferred

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work across all levels of staff and external partners
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible “can do” attitude
- Ability to identify issues, deal with problems and provide effective solutions
- Team player with strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Guest-focused mindset with initiative to improve processes and experiences
