**Responsibilities**:

- Infineum SAP updating for TLS tank tagging and GR (Goods Received) /GI (Goods Issue) tanks movements
- To update Conterm on tank movement status
- Preparation of laden tank EIR doc, B/L, Cofa and other documents
- To update & obtain SES number for all Infineum invoices (from SAP system)
- To inform Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions
- Scanning / filing of the documents
- Backup for Operations Coordinator
- Assist Admin Manager to handle any other administrative work in the office
- Assist on any ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline / GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in handling Operations & administration work
- Able to liaise with customers & truckers
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in SAP
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words
- Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
- Immediate hiring
