- Work with business teams to monitor ShopeePay’s anti-fraud status and control strategy, effectively evaluating and carrying out iterations for continuous optimisation
- Consolidate and coordinate anti-fraud rules, product development requests, and operation processes from business teams and drive the implementation
- Manage cross-country projects, and follow up on the end to end product implementation
- Communicate effectively with upstream, downstream and relevant teams, as well as managing stakeholder expectations
- Make recommendations to existing system capabilities based on research and benchmarking, as well as understanding of the business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex matters to technical experts, business partners, and executives
- Self-driven, strong ownership and quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Payment anti-fraud product or strategy related experience is a plus
