_**RESPONSIBILITY**_
- Graphic Design, Colour and Typography: Creating graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with the overall design concept and branding guidelines. Selecting appropriate colour palettes and typography that complement the brand identity and enhance readability and visual hierarchy.
- Layout and Responsive Design: Arranging elements on screens or pages to achieve a balanced and harmonious composition while ensuring a clear and logical flow. Designing interfaces that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before final implementation.
- User Experience (UX) Collaboration: Collaborating with UX designers and researchers to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points to inform the design process.
- Style Guides and Design Systems: Developing and maintaining style guides or design systems that provide guidelines for consistent design elements, interactions, and brand elements.
- Usability Testing: Conducting or participating in usability testing to gather feedback and insights on design effectiveness and make iterative improvements.
- Accessibility: Ensuring designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Iterative Design: Embracing an iterative design approach, refining and evolving designs based on user feedback and testing.
- **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED**_
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working as a visual/UI/web designer.
- Degree or diploma in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
- Understanding user needs and preferences and incorporating them into the design process to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- An eye for detail and precision in design work to deliver polished and professional visual assets.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact of feasibility on design solutions.
- A creative mindset to come up with fresh and innovative design concepts that align with project goals and user needs.
- A willingness to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
