We are a newly formed design team, building a global mobile gaming platform tailored to regional markets.

Design is core to our mission. As a designer, you'll work with a **cross-functional team**of researchers, engineers, data analysts, and fellow designers to invent and refine end-to-end user experiences.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **UI/Visual Designer**who’s passionate about both **digital product design**and **visual storytelling**. This is a hybrid creative role where you’ll design beautiful and functional **mobile UI**for our gaming/social products, while also crafting compelling **marketing visuals**, **campaign assets**, and **brand expressions**that connect with users worldwide.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life — across the app, website, app store, and beyond. If you're a creative thinker with a strong design sense and the ability to balance product UI with promotional visuals, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and optimize mobile UI layouts, icons, and components for iOS/Android platforms
- Collaborate with the product team to maintain a consistent design system and intuitive user flows
- Create marketing materials, including campaign banners, promotional posters, event visuals, landing pages, and app store creatives
- Contribute to the brand visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Support product launches with launch visuals, animations, or social content
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on user needs, business goals, and visual execution
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and push for creative excellence in both UI and marketing design
- Strong time management skills — able to deliver high-quality design documents on schedule, coordinate with upstream/downstream teams, and actively drive project progress

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Art, Multimedia Design, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing both **mobile product UI**and **visual/graphic design work**(e.g. banners, social media visuals, campaign designs)
- Proficiency in **Figma**, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (motion skills are a plus)
- Good understanding of mobile design principles and platform guidelines (iOS/Android)
- Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering high-quality creative assets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, typography, color, and layout
- Bonus: Familiarity with game UI or social app aesthetics
- Strong team player with a proactive, self-starting attitude
