**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
**Specific Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the development and implementation of the annual business plan and medium-long term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectives to ensure that the business meets its business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth.

2. Overall responsible for all administrative components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the administration. Ensure that standards are met in regards to sanitation requirements, regulations, licenses and loss prevention. Actively participate in all related Marketing activities to ensure maximum exposure for the Company, including the development and implementation of the department’s annual and monthly promotions calendar.

Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing customer service. Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior.

3. Establish and Maintain Strategic Business Partner Relationships. Develop Service Recovery Framework. Drive Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction Demonstrate Negotiation Skills. Demonstrate Critical Thinking Skills

4. Access the Training Provider Gateway/ training Management System and update all training Details

**Requirement
**N level**

**Knowledge of computer skills**

**Able to process operation of Training gateway providers
