**Regional Manufacturing Excellence Specialist APAC - Your future position?**
- As the ManEx Specialist, you will oversee on time completion of projects, savings generated in projects led or supported by ManEx and PT across APAC.
- Working location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
- Reporting to: Head of ManEx & Process Technology APAC

**Main Responsibilities**
- Contribute to Major ManEx and PT Projects
- Share best practices in the region (Gap Assessments, updates, support to implement actions, trainings, skill development)
- Lead as Programme manager for Digitalization, Analytics and Automation APAC to build roadmap with important partners and site teams
- Help implement the UNS (Unified Namespace) project and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) as the APAC coordinator
- Participate as Team Member in APAC Projects
- Support for skills matrix development and tailored training programs for technical topics.
- Support on GPS Gap assessments
- Active participation in Improved agility in First Time Right Quality achievement.
- Represent quality and process efficiency requirements (URS) in CAPEX projects and site masterplans, support qualification (PQ and OQ) and commissioning of new processing installations
- Promote connectivity, coherence and integration between sites, businesses, and central functions, ensuring capabilities are adapted and weighted towards the businesses' priorities
- Lead smaller and medium ManEx and PT Projects
- Review, analyse, update and support improvement of internal quality performance indicators (Z2Q and Z2P) trends in the region
- Drive Cross functional engagement in Industrialization Performance ( Lead Time, Ratio Industrialized to Sold), Manufacturing Instruction compliance, Continuous improvement Maturity Assessment, Simplification Integrated Audits

**Collaborators**
- Work in close collaboration with Continuous Improvement, Regional Process Technology, Packaging, Site Operations, Flavour Creation, Supply Chain Management APAC, Global COE (Engineering, CI), Global ManEx Best Practices Team

**Main Requirements**
- Technical University degree Chemical Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science
- Minimum 5 to 15 years of working experience
- Function related experience of minimum 3 years (not mandatory specific Process Technology or Manufacturing Excellence experience)
- Working experience in either a B2B or FMCG industry
- Experience in implementing digitalization, automation projects or data analytics initiatives.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, LEAN Green Belt
