Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities (SAP Flexible Real Estate and integrating systems to SAP)
- Understands business requirements and processes and is able to translate them to technical language - vice versa.
- Creates and updates solution documents, functional specifications, and/or technical specifications.
- Ensures that configuration and business requirement documents are accurate and complete
- Works with the project team to present SAP best practice solutions to business stakeholders
- Actively contributes to solutions through self-study, collaborative meetings, and project participation
- Validates results through testing and investigations
- Facilitates discussion through meetings in his/her area
- Support and Enhancement Project of SAP RE-FX
- SAP RE-FX configuration and testing in the areas of SAP RE-FX Process
- Configure the Settings for SAP Flexible Real Estate
- Relevant settings for Business Partner in RE
- Involve and Prepare the SAP Real Estate Enhancement
- Workflow settings for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 7-10 years of experience in SAP REFX (S/4HANA) projects and operations (Management of real estate, contract management, IFRS 16)
- Must have at least 3-5 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning and, blueprinting until hyper care and post go-live support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced with cloud solutions, SAP ERP systems, systems integrations or coding platforms
- Strong time management capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and performance orientated
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- SAP Real Estate Management (SAP REM)/ RE-FX
- SAP REM - need a very strong senior-level SAP Real Estate experience immediately
- Should be able to identify, design, and configure SAP Real Estate management. Can act as a lead and run client
- Must have experience in Property Management and Project Systems
