Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) Consultant with extensive experience in managing real estate processes using SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of SAP RE-FX modules, with knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. Responsibilities Lead SAP RE-FX module implementation and support activities. Configure Real Estate components such as Lease Management, Contract Management, Rent/Service Charge Billing, and Real Estate Master Data. Integrate RE-FX with modules like FI/CO, MM, and SD. Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT). Support business users during system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Provide end-user training and create relevant documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective SAP solutions. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) . Strong knowledge of Lease and Contract Management, Rent Billing, and Service Charge processes. Experience in integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD. Exposure to full lifecycle SAP implementations (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Support).
