**POSITION**:Restaurant Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by setting high standards for guest interactions and addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including expenses and revenue targets.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and refine the restaurant's menu, ensuring it remains innovative and aligns with customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the Beverage Director to curate an exceptional beverage program that complements the menu and enhances the overall dining experience.
- Proficiently serve sake at appropriate temperatures, whether cold or warm, and educate guests on the nuances of different sake varieties.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- SSI International Kikisake-shi / WSET Level 3 in Sake or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum 5 years restaurant experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of Japanese or other languages will be advantageous

**REMUNERATION**

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
