We are looking for someone who is

  • Hospitality-focused
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Decisive, with strong problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

What you will be doing

  • Lead and develop the service team – from staffing and assigning duties to training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs
  • Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory and equipment, with a strong focus on safety and hygiene
  • Address members feedback and proactively resolve issues to deliver world-class dining experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan, prepare and execute private / club events
  • Drive sales and revenue by leading upselling initiatives and cost management, while ensuring operational efficiency
  • Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure alignment across menu, dietary needs, food quality, and service
