**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, test, commission, and maintenance of UPS (up to 20KVA)
- To attend to fault calls and rectification work at customers' site
- Good analytical skills to perform trouble shooting and fault finding
- Provide consultation to end-users in conjunction with sales
- Oversees new IT networking /power equipment project implementations

External Experience and skills we are looking for:

- Knowledge in electrical and/or electronics, preferably working experience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and power distribution
- Able to perform on standby for after office hour fault call
- IT networking knowledge of computer hardware systems
- Good customer communications skills
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management
- Training will be provided
