**Job Scope**
- Increase freight trader’s visibility of bunker/oil market
- Provide clear port price matrix for our freight traders so they can trade better.
- Liaise with operator for bunker quantity requirement meet vessel’s bunker specifications as well as to optimize returns on voyage
- Reach out to physical suppliers in ports where we do not have a direct relationship with.
- Work with suppliers to reduce working capital use.
- Review software system to manage end to end bunker procurement process
- Disputes Handling & Resolution on Quantity and Quality claims
- Evaluate and assess Bunker suppliers on an annual basis, share and maintain records.
- Create real and useful KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Maritime, Finance or Logistics from a recognized university
- At least 3 years’ experience preferably in similar field
- May require working Europe hours in shift arrangement with other colleagues
- Good communication skills in written as well as spoken English
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word), exposure to PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to work in a team, as well as handling independent responsibilities
- Should possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at various levels within the organization as well as with external counterparties.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skill
