**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience, preferably experienced in administrative functions.
- Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution of tasks
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks online, or similar accounting platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Confident communicating to internal and external employees of all seniority
- Possessing a strong sense of initiative, integrity, discretion and tactfulness
- Be meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities
- Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration

**About the Job**:
As the junior Chief of Staff, you’ll have a hand and lead the charge in the finance and administrative functions of Zuju Digital.

Working under some supervision, you will have the opportunity to make decisions, be entrusted and propel the corporate function forward. Duties of the junior chief of staff will include a broad range of tasks such as overseeing the general administrative functions for the organization and managing payment processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the full set of management accounts including bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Update and maintain records for monthly invoices, expense claims and corporate card statements
- Prepare and submit bank payments for monthly payroll and invoices
- Manage government portals such as Bizfile, BGP, Corppass.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Manage individual software accesses for the organization
- Oversee the management of the office space
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties
