Customer Service Admin

Our client is an MNC manufacturer of semiconductor equipment and they are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to perform tasks allocated in the contact centre. The focal point of this role would be to assist external customers and business partners in Asia with quotations, order acceptance, order fulfilment, and follow-up of collections.
You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
【What will you be working on】
- Respond to quotation requests and ensure that pricing, discounts, terms, and conditions comply with company policies.
- Ensure that business controls are in place for order entry and compliance of order acceptance with corporate marketing policies.
- Communicate and negotiate with external customers and divisions on the delivery date of products.
- Proactively monitor exception orders and ensure appropriate contingent actions are taken to meet the delivery schedule.
- Implement key processes in customer services and be proactive in initiating and leading projects to improve and streamline order management tasks.
- Perform order management (order process).

- Proficient in speaking business-level Korean to handle queries and requests from Korean-speaking customers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar
- Willingness to work based on the Korean calendar
