**What you will be working on**
- You will provide support to the Finance Section in Annual Budget Exercise, preparation of Reports/Virements of Funds and provide support to other adhoc Finance related functions. The key areas are as follows:
Annual Budget Exercise
- Prepare and collate submission for Budget Exercise
- Prepare and collate submission for Budget Allocation
- Prepare and collate submission for Revised Estimates

Preparation of Reports/Virement of Funds
- Prepare Monthly Operating BUF reports for MOTHQ
- Prepare report and detailed drilldown to HQ Divisions/Sections
- Perform Virements Requests and Submissions for HQ operating funds and pass virement in NFS
- Detailed checking and process payments on operating fund requests to SBs
- Assist in preparing entertainment report, Representation statement return and late payment analysis

Others
- Bank in all cash and cheque collections
- Provide support to ad hoc Finance Projects
- Assist in logistic aspects for VRM workshop

**What we are looking for**
- You should be a Singapore citizen:

- Meticulous and a good team player who can work independently;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be advantageous;
- Strong written and oral communication skills
