We are looking for a Logistics Officer for the Distribution Centre department. This person will support the administration of the warehouse and logistics operations. He/She also assist to liaise with internal and external parties regarding the day-to-day shipments.
- Coordination with various divisions to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
- Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
- Ensure systems transaction are transacted on time and according to SOP.
- Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently filed.
- Support Supervisor or Team Leader on ensuring orders fulfilment.
- Generate reports for analysis.
- Perform general admin duties.
- Responsible for procurement of non-trade items.

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year Experience in Warehouse/Logistics and/or with ERP & WMS system is preferred.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office.
- This person is preferred to speak Mandarin as our overseas intermediaries are likely to use Mandarin.
