Dormitory Operation Manager

Singapore JSR CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

To be responsible for the up-keeping, maintenance, and cleanliness of the dormitory premises, and facilities and efficient management of manpower and resources.
- Conduct regular unit inspections and rectification of irregularities.
- Conduct regular checks on the team to ensure good standards of customer service and quality of work.
- The Dormitory Operation Manager is also expected to be active in the liaison organization and attends weekly key meetings at the HQ.
- To supervise and monitor day-to-day operations. Keep track of and manage the compound and inventory to be in good condition at all times. i.e General cleanliness, upkeep of office inventory and supplies, machines, and systems.
- To enforce proper care and maintenance for all operating equipment and compliance with our dormitory's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and objectives.
- Work closely with Dorm Admin, Dorm Officers, and Housekeeper and maintain good rapport.

**Job Requirements**:

- GCE 'O' Level and above.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving; works well with people.
- Possess a positive attitude towards work and is team-oriented.
- Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office eg. Word & Excel.
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
- Able to start work on a short notice period. or better if immediately.

**Others**:

- Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:45 am to 5:45 pm/ Monday to Saturday - 8:45 am to 12:00 pm.
- Working Location: Changi. Weekly meeting at Tuas office HQ office.
