Innovation Manager
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their objectives are met. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing queries, providing updates, and delivering exceptional client service.
Innovation and Strategy Development: Design, research, develop, and analyze new concepts, products, services, and processes. Identify opportunities for performance improvements, enhanced quality, and operational effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations to drive innovation initiatives and ensure seamless project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting innovative ideas, project updates, and performance metrics. Foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
Performance Monitoring: Prepare, monitor, and support Innovation Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurements. Analyze data to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous innovation.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Post-graduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) preferred.
Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Prince2, with PMP certification being a strong advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in managing client accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Passionate and curious about technology and innovation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
High level of creativity, adaptability, and a passion for driving innovation.
