**EXECUTIVE / SOCIAL INTEGRATION**:
Reporting to the Senior Executive, Social Integration

The Executive, Social Integration is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the organisation’s annual signature events and programmes to achieve the organisational objectives. He/she will develop new and existing partnership programmes to expand engagement and development of the organisation’s beneficiaries and families.

What you will be doing:

- Develop and implement new and existing partnership programmes to actively engage beneficiaries and their families, and enhance their holistic learning development
- Establish meaningful collaboration with corporate and institutional partners, and volunteers/voluntary groups for delivery of expertise and domain knowledge
- Manage and execute organisation’s annual signature events and social integration programmes in accordance with organisational objectives and standards.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, budget and manpower resources for the events and programmes
- Evaluate effectiveness of new events and programmes and develop and implement strategies to increase the outreach and engagement of beneficiaries and families.
- Update database in system for statistical reporting and prepare post-event reports.
- Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in any discipline
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience in both programme and event management and community development will be advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong ability to conceptualise, organise and run programmes and events
- Strong inter-personal skills with an interest in relationship building
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lean working environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Creative, nurturing and passionate in working with children and youths
