(b) Maintaining accurate inventory data collection, storage, tracking, and maintenance of information associated with IT hardware and software within contracted service levels at the account.

(c) Responsible for asset tagging and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with quality control standards

(d) Prepare asset management process to handle asset lifecycle from Procurement to disposal

(e) Plan and schedule asset W2W verification exercise

(f) Manage and drive Asset W2W verification exercise for its completion

(g) Review and improve Asset management process and procedures periodically and ensure all relevant team is following the procedure and procedure

(h) Prepare weekly and monthly report of Asset Management activity and progress including updating of inventory list

(i) Reconcile asset inventory report with the Finance report and automated tool report

(j) Perform monthly sample audit to improve the asset accuracy

(k) Plan and mange yearly asset verification exercise and signoff from user

(l) Coordinate with desktop team from different region to update the asset inventory when there is any deployment/changes to asset data

**Minimum Requirements**:
(a) Minimum of 1 years’ experience in IT environment/Asset Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
